About Us

Part of our story is that during the COVID-19 pandemic prompted us to venture into an unknown world, practically experiencing a new career in our lives. After meditating, reflecting, evaluating and seeking direction, we decided to enter the coffee market. We discovered that it's not just any coffee. Not a coffee that everyone has taken, thinking that "this is coffee". A coffee that nations have consumed for decades and are used to it.

A coffee that is too roasted and not just roasted in industrial quantities and ways;
but, that coffee that from its cultivation, maintenance, process and marketing is thought exclusively to profit. Lucrative business exploiting the small producer without compensating him with fair treatment. A coffee that in its process loses its original fragrance, aromas and flavors.


Discovering specialty coffee has been a novelty for us and we don't want to go
back and try other commercial coffees anymore. Coffee can activate more than 800 aromas and flavors: depending on its variety, origin, process and roasting. Industrial and commercial coffee, burned in its roast and even caramelized with external sugars, has lost the opportunity to be enjoyed.


Specialty coffees are commonly of Arabica origin and are treated in special ways. The coffee beans are harvested by hand and selected several times to have the minimum or zero defects; It is the reason that its price cannot be compared with commercial coffee; which is harvested with heavy machinery and most of the time the cherry bean has not yet matured. A coffee for the consuming masses at a low price.


Our beginning has been in the dining room of our house (your house) in Texas. There we installed our little Roaster machine, it was not easy, but it was fun. For every order, our goal is to roast it immediately. Likewise, our inventory is in small batches, at the moment.

With few varieties of coffee to choose from; We are ready to “share with you the delicious.“Ki’”, it’s a Mayan expression, to describe a Delicious, tasty, and rich natural flavored drink.
